DESCRIPTION:Join us for a slow flow yoga class with a stunning view of the James River\, held inside the James A. Buzzard River Education Center building in Richmond. Led by Katie Bosch\, TAOU Co-Founder\, this all-levels class offers a chance to move at an easy pace\, breathe deeply\, and unwind. We’ll end with a sound bowl savasana\, giving you time to rest and fully relax. \nThese pop-up classes are offered in partnership with the James River Association\, whose mission is to protect and connect people to the James River for a thriving future. Together\, we’ll gather in a space that brings community and nature together. \nPlease bring your own mat and any props you’d like for comfort.\n				Register Here!
