DESCRIPTION:Do you want students to DO science in your class? Learn how JRA collects data to inform its policy actions and programs on a series of exciting field trips. Journey on the Spirit of the James to trawl and catalog fish on the James’ bottom\, become a field scientist by collecting data with our James RiverWatch program\, and conduct field research of invasive species in Richmond’s parks! Participants will design a data-driven lab of their chosen topic to use in their classes this school year. \nEvent will be hosted at the James A.
