DESCRIPTION:Join the James River Association in celebrating the holiday season at the 2025 Downtown Hampton Lighted Boat Parade! We are thrilled to announce that our very own floating classroom\, The Longview—a classic 50-foot Chesapeake Deadrise—will be decked out in lights and joining the flotilla along the Hampton River. \nCome wave to our crew and enjoy a festive evening on the waterfront with live music\, a visit from Santa\, and a parade of illuminated boats. It’s a wonderful way to see the river in a whole new light! \nWhen: Saturday\, Dec. 13 | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Parade begins at 7:00 PM)Where: You can watch from the downtown waterfront area near The Maritime Center\, 710 Settlers Landing Rd\, Hampton\, VA 23669.Cost: Free and open to the public
