Open House at the James A. Buzzard River Education Center

During visitor hours, stop by to explore the James A. Buzzard River Education Center, meet our educators, and learn how the James River Association protects the river and connects people to it through hands-on education.

Take a short tour, check out the aquariums, and discover the building’s sustainable features. Families can also enjoy the outdoor Nature Exploration Area. Whether you’re planning a visit or passing by on the Virginia Capital Trail, we’d love to welcome you. A special talk will begin at 11:00 AM. No registration is required.
