Conservation Field Day at Twin Rivers Farm
Join neighboring landowners and conservation partners for a morning of learning, sharing, and seeing conservation in action at Twin Rivers Farm. Participants will explore how streamside restoration and thoughtful land management can help keep waterways healthy and farms thriving. Topics will include livestock exclusion fencing, alternative watering systems, rotational grazing, streamside forest restoration, and more. The James River Buffer Program can help eligible landowners incorporate buffers into the way they steward their property, with 100% of project costs covered plus three years of buffer maintenance.
